Creamy Italian Chicken

This is a great Sunday dinner meal at our house. It only takes 3 hours in the crockpot and can be served over noodles or rice!

 

1 cube of margarine, melted (or substitute ½ cup of milk with ½ cup of sour cream)

1 pkg. Italian dressing mix

1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese softened

1 can cream of chicken soup

4 thawed chicken breasts (to serve more people you can have up to 8 chicken breast to go with this sauce)

 

Put chicken in crock pot. Mix butter and dressing mix. Add cream cheese and soup to butter mixture and cream until mostly smooth. Pour over chicken. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
