Pesto Chicken Pizza

This one is pretty simple and yummilicious! it is part of healthy eating and has a whole lot of protein. I want to workout so I can eat it afterward! I love this and it is simple and tasty! I Cannot express how good it is!

6 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 pepper
olive oil cooking spray
1 whole wheat tortilla
3 Tbsp pesto
1/4 c sundried tomatoes ( or the dehydrated ones from the summer! Cherry ones)
1/4 c broccoli florets (small)
1/2 cup asparagus (cut into 1/2 in pieces)
1/2 cup aged white cheddar

Directions;
season chicken with salt and pepper and sauté chicken. Set aside. Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Lightly coat a baking sheet with spray and place the tortilla on the tray. Spread pesto base evenly around the tortilla leaving the outside inch free for the crust. Combine all the other ingredients except for the cheese in a mixing bowl and toss until mixed together. Spread evenly covering the pesto. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and tortilla is lightly toasted. (about 10 minutes). Serves 1 large (one man) or 2 small (women). you can double this if you need.
I love this and it is simple and tasty! cannot express how good it is!
