Easy Corn Bread


Rachael Coon

1 Cup Flour

1 Cup cornmeal

2/3 sugar

1 t. salt

3 ½ baking powder

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/3 oil (veg. or canola)

 

Mix dry. Mix wet. Pour into a 9 X 9 greased pan or we like to use a muffin tin. Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick and let it lightly brown.  Great with Chili!
