Fruit Salsa


Dennis Coon

1 cup finely chopped strawberries
1 medium orange peeled and finely chopped
2 or 3 Kiwifruit peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple or
8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion (2)
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow or green pepper
1 T lime or lemon juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Combine above cover and chill for 6 to 24 hours.
Serve with cinnamon tortilla chips

Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
Combine 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar, brush
melted butter over flour tortillas and sprinkle with
cinnamon sugar. Cut into wedges and bake on cookie
sheet at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes
