1 cup shortening
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbls. vinegar
Blend together flour, salt and shortening. Beat egg
and vinegar with fork in measuring cup and add
enough could water to make 1/2 total liquid. Add
slowly to flour mixture what a fork and gather. Divide into 2 equal portions and roll out each section between two pieces of plastic wrap, it makes it easier to pick up
and put into pie tin. Bake 400 degrees for 10 min
