I am very much about the simple, so
the 2 recipes I am sending are both very quick and yummy. They are both easy to
make to large groups or just family size and are Sunday favorites because there
is very little prep and it cooks while we are at church.
Put a pork Roast it the Crockpot and dump a jar of salsa and a jar of
tomatoes in and let it cook on high for at least 3 hours or longer on a lower
setting. Shred with a fork when ready to serve. I usually serve it with
tortillas and whatever fixings I have for that which may include; beans, rice,
cilantro, cheese, avocado, lettuce, etc. If I have a flavored salsa, that is
what i use, if not I often add lime juice and garlic to the crock pot if I have
them on hand, but it is not necessary
